Great hotel, right on Princess Street, only problem is parking but there are carparks close by, this was a deal priced at £69-95 pp, try and get a room to the front and you look out onto the view that makes Princess Street, close to many bars and close to Rose Street, food was fantastic and service is excellent. Go and enjoy.

Overall our stay was excellent. Lovely staff Evening meal was delicious and great competition for surrounding restaurants. I would book a meal here without necessarily booking a stay over . Little problem at breakfast over speed of service and one thing under cooked but this was resolved quickly and well taken care of .

A great hotel, couldn't be more centrally located and closer to the train station. The room was perfectly fitted out and service was very welcoming. We stayed in a room with the street view, even with a festival ongoing across the roads, the noise from the street wasn't noticeable. Will definitely stay here again

This hotel was pretty much perfect. I can't believe it's only officially a 3 star & not a 4 star. It has a really quirky boutique feel to it & is very nicely designed. Everything felt quality. The room was a good size & the bathroom too. A huge shower rather than a bath. The staff were excellent. I had breakfast & that was delicious. The views from the restaurant are wonderful. The location is excellent. I short walk to the Old Town & in the heart of New Town. I'd gladly stay again & recommend it to anyone.
